Parents, faculty students and friends are raising money to help the Highlands Elementary School in San Mateo, CA. We are fortunate to have a very supportive community.

Bailout in Berkeley

Sometimes it just pays to carry a camera. We went to Berkeley to have lunch with Andrew and Gabrielle and then went to Fourth Street to look around.

We had a few laughs but I think this pictures tells it all. Where is the bailout of the housing market? All is see is pigs at the trough loading up on pork barrel spending.

Westlake Charter School

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of visiting the Westlake Charter School in Sacramento, CA.

Our granddaughter, Brinley, is in kindergarten. she has a wonderful teacher, Ms. Burwinkel.
